Want to know how to raise the nutritional content of the produce already in your fridge?  Want to preserve the bounty of your garden but hate slaving over a giant pot of boiling water canning everything?  Join me to learn how and why to ferment all the foods.  When life gives you lemons….stuff them in a jar with salt!  You’ll leave knowing how to ferment veggies and fruit, how to turn them in to amazing crackers and flavourful dips.
